Route 66 Produce was founded by husband-and-wife team Dennis Paetzold and Jamie Woelke, transforming a former sports bar into a 14, 000 sq. ft. indoor hydroponic farm. Using climate-controlled, pesticide-free growing methods, we produce fresh lettuce, herbs, tomatoes, and more year-round while hosting the Amarillo Winter Farmers Market each season. Our mission is simple: provide locally grown, clean produce and educate the community about innovative hydroponic farming.
